Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Nephra platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Permitted use
Nephra is a clinical management tool intended for use by licensed healthcare providers and their authorised staff. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your organisation to these terms.
You may not use Nephra for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Clinical responsibility
Nephra provides a management and coordination platform. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of qualified medical professionals. Nephra does not provide medical advice.
5. Intellectual property
The Nephra platform, including its source code, design, and documentation, is owned by Nephra and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for its intended purpose.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nephra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
