Referral snapshots
A frozen copy of the clinical profile at booking time, so the receiving centre treats from exactly what was prescribed.
Machine prescriptions
Author the session parameters from the patient's baseline. The nurse opens the session on them.
Session records
Pending → active → completed. Vitals by phase, chronological notes, issues addressed.
Adjustment logs
Parameter, old value, new value, reason, requester, status. A record of what happened during treatment.
Clinical history
Lab results append on every change. Serologies and vascular access carry their dates.

Centres, machines, doctors, nurses and secretaries with per-centre scope. Time zones handled per centre.
Approval workflow
Requests queue at the receiving centre. Approval assigns a machine; secretaries can reschedule on a doctor's behalf.

Encrypted & audited
Sensitive machine parameters are encrypted at rest with AES-GCM. Every change is written to an audit log with who, what and when.

nephrology.
Native iOS and Android apps for doctors and patients are on the roadmap: book and check in for sessions, log adjustments at the bedside, and review treatment history — wherever you are. Today, the web portal works on any phone or tablet.
